Ayr\u0131ca, bu tedavi a\u015famas\u0131nda ctDNA profilindeki de\u011fi\u015fikliklerin bireysel hastalar i\u00e7in hedefe y\u00f6nelik tedaviyi \u00f6ng\u00f6rmek i\u00e7in uygun olup olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131 ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lacakt\u0131r. <\/p><p><strong>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma nas\u0131l organize edildi?<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00c7al\u0131\u015fma yaln\u0131zca Alman deneme merkezlerinde ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilecektir. \u00c7al\u0131\u015fmaya 60 hasta (kohort ba\u015f\u0131na 30) dahil edilecektir. Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmadaki ilk 30 hasta, tan\u0131sal laparoskopi ile primer t\u00fcm\u00f6r debulking cerrahisi aras\u0131ndaki zaman aral\u0131\u011f\u0131nda monoterapi olarak olaparib alacakt\u0131r (kohort A). Sonraki 30 hasta olaparibi durvalumab ile kombinasyon halinde alacakt\u0131r (kohort B).     <\/p><p>Hastalar olaparibi oral uygulama i\u00e7in film kapl\u0131 tabletler olarak al\u0131rlar. Doz, sabah ve ak\u015fam olmak \u00fczere g\u00fcnde iki kez 300 mg&#8217;d\u0131r (2 x 150 mg tablet). A kohortunda olaparib monoterapisinin s\u00fcresi 3 haftad\u0131r. B kohortunda durvalumab ile olaparib kombinasyon tedavisinin s\u00fcresi 4 haftad\u0131r.   <\/p><p>Hastalara durvalumab, kohort B&#8217;nin d\u00f6rt haftal\u0131k kombinasyon tedavisinin 1. g\u00fcn\u00fcnde 1500 mg&#8217;l\u0131k tek bir dozda do\u011frudan damar i\u00e7ine 60 dakikal\u0131k bir inf\u00fczyon (damla) yoluyla verilir.<\/p><p>Olas\u0131 idame tedavisi kemoterapinin tamamlanmas\u0131ndan sonra ba\u015flar. Yaln\u0131zca k\u0131lavuz standard\u0131na g\u00f6re ba\u015fka bir idame tedavisi mevcut de\u011filse, BRCA ve HRD durumu negatif olan hastalar, maksimum 24 ay boyunca idame tedavisi i\u00e7in bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olarak olaparib ile tedavi edilebilir. <\/p><p>B kohortundaki hastalar<br>kemoterapi faz\u0131 s\u0131ras\u0131nda ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olarak durvalumab alabilirler. Sonraki idame faz\u0131nda durvalumab<br>olaparib ile kombinasyon halinde ya da hastalar\u0131n buna uygun olmas\u0131 ko\u015fuluyla<br>toplam 24 aya kadar ara\u015ft\u0131rma \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc olarak tek ba\u015f\u0131na verilebilir. <\/p><p><strong>Herhangi bir risk var m\u0131?<\/strong><\/p><p>Bir bilgilendirme oturumu s\u0131ras\u0131nda kat\u0131l\u0131mla ili\u015fkili olas\u0131 riskler ve yan etkiler hakk\u0131nda bilgilendirileceksiniz.<\/p><p class=\"blue\"><strong>Kat\u0131l\u0131m ko\u015fullar\u0131<\/strong><\/p><p>Bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya 18 ya\u015f ve \u00fczeri kad\u0131nlar kat\u0131labilir,<\/p><ul><li>Histolojik tan\u0131 ve tedavi planlamas\u0131 i\u00e7in tan\u0131sal laparoskopi planlanan ileri evre yumurtal\u0131k kanseri \u015f\u00fcphesi olan<\/li><li>tan\u0131sal laparoskopiden ve t\u00fcm\u00f6r\u00fcn \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in birincil cerrahiden t\u00fcm\u00f6r biyopsileri sa\u011flamaya istekli ve muktedir olan<\/li><li>yeterli organ ve kemik ili\u011fi fonksiyonu ve normal kan bas\u0131nc\u0131 ile<\/li><li>ECOG performans durumu (Do\u011fu Kooperatif Onkoloji Grubu&#8217;nun ya\u015fam kalitesi endeksi) 0-1 olan<\/li><\/ul><p>Bununla birlikte, \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmaya kat\u0131lmak i\u00e7in kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131 gereken ba\u015fka kriterler de vard\u0131r. \u0130lgilenen hastalar, bu \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma i\u00e7in uygun olup olmad\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 kontrol edebilecek bir \u00e7al\u0131\u015fma merkezindeki bir ara\u015ft\u0131rmac\u0131 ile konu\u015fmal\u0131d\u0131r.
