Do \u0111\u00f3, CLDN6 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c coi l\u00e0 m\u1ee5c ti\u00eau \u0111\u1ea7y h\u1ee9a h\u1eb9n \u0111\u1ec3 t\u1ea5n c\u00f4ng c\u00e1c t\u1ebf b\u00e0o kh\u1ed1i u m\u00e0 kh\u00f4ng g\u00e2y t\u1ed5n h\u1ea1i nghi\u00eam tr\u1ecdng \u0111\u1ebfn m\u00f4 kh\u1ecfe m\u1ea1nh.  <\/p><p><em>TORL-1-23<\/em> l\u00e0 m\u1ed9t lo\u1ea1i thu\u1ed1c li\u00ean h\u1ee3p kh\u00e1ng th\u1ec3 (ADC). \u0110i\u1ec1u n\u00e0y c\u00f3 ngh\u0129a l\u00e0 thu\u1ed1c n\u00e0y bao g\u1ed3m m\u1ed9t kh\u00e1ng th\u1ec3 nh\u1eadn bi\u1ebft v\u00e0 li\u00ean k\u1ebft \u0111\u1eb7c hi\u1ec7u v\u1edbi protein CLDN6 tr\u00ean t\u1ebf b\u00e0o kh\u1ed1i u. Thu\u1ed1c \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c g\u1eafn v\u00e0o kh\u00e1ng th\u1ec3, sau \u0111\u00f3 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c \u0111\u01b0a v\u00e0o t\u1ebf b\u00e0o kh\u1ed1i u v\u00e0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ti\u00eau di\u1ec7t t\u1ebf b\u00e0o ung th\u01b0 \u1edf \u0111\u00f3.  <\/p><p>M\u1ed9t th\u1eed nghi\u1ec7m Giai \u0111o\u1ea1n 1 tr\u01b0\u1edbc \u0111\u00f3 \u0111\u00e3 cho th\u1ea5y TORL-1-23 \u0111\u01b0\u1ee3c dung n\u1ea1p t\u1ed1t v\u00e0 c\u00f3 th\u1ec3 ho\u1ea1t \u0111\u1ed9ng hi\u1ec7u qu\u1ea3 ch\u1ed1ng l\u1ea1i c\u00e1c kh\u1ed1i u bi\u1ec3u hi\u1ec7n CLDN6.
